This is my personal site and the best way for me to keep in touch with old friends and gather new ones along the way. The information that you add is really just the best way for me to stay up-to-date on your contact info.

DON'T STEAL

Please don't take any content from this site and reuse/repost it elsewhere without asking permission from me to do so. This especially applies to videos from the gallery. I don't want them posted on Youtube and the like.

BE POLITE

If you leave comments, please be considerate and nice. I'll be monitoring them.

SPAM

The only thing I may do with your personal information is send you a rare email update, or something very important I think you should know. My personal bias is to allow my friends and family to visit the site for updates, rather than fill your inbox with emails every time I write a new journal entry. Basically, if you want to find out about me you'll have to visit the site rather than wait for an email. Obviously I'm not selling/giving your information to 3rd-party whoevers. That would be a bad thing. And I hate spam more than you do.

PRIVACY

I'm not going to post your personal details anywhere for any reason, unless I ask you first. If you don't like anything on the site connected with you (article comments, etc) just tell me and I'll remove it. I'm hoping one day I will have the time to setup better user controls so you can choose individual fields that can be displayed publicly. In short, I'm a nice guy and I'm not going to do anything public with your information.

GALLERY IMAGES

I do have a huge gallery of images. Almost all of them were obtained my me, but some we're given to me by friends. If you're one of those friends and you decide, "Yikes, I really don't like that picture of me online." Let me know, and I'll take it down immediately. No problem. Also, as a user on this site you are given your own gallery to upload images. You can use that space for whatever you want. It's a great way for you to send me content you think I would find interesting. That might mean personal images, or images related to art and design. Use it however you want. However, if you put anything inappropriate there, I'll hunt you down, flay you, roast your innards, eat the good parts and throw the rest to the dogs. That means I'll be really unhappy with you. However, if you do put something I find offensive, I'll probably send you a polite email before flaying and roasting you.

COOKIES, ETC

If you're really worried about this stuff, just send me an email and ask. It's basically the same thing all the other privacy statements describe. Thank you for taking the time to read this page. Most people don't. grace and salaam- paul
